Heat Treatment and Annealing

Our heat treatment and annealing equipment includes —

• 3 Continuous-flow heat treat furnaces
• 5 Batch heat-treat furnace systems
• 6 Anneal furnaces

We work with most grades of carbon steel to achieve the RC hardness specifications required for your application.

We can heat treat forgings from 1/16” diameter to 24” long.
